Lobos Services was built in Midland by people who’d already spent decades on Permian leases. We didn’t grow into oil and gas — we started there.
Our Story
Founded in Midland. Grown in the Basin.
Lobos Services was founded in Midland in 2006. Headquartered on Garden City Highway. Sixty-plus years of combined pipeline experience sits behind the management team. Three certified DOT trainers run the in-house qualification program.
Today Lobos operates as three coordinated divisions — Lobo’s Integrated Solutions, Lobos Services, and Lobo’s Industrial Supplies — one accountable company across all three.
We didn’t structure the company this way for the org chart. We structured it because operators kept asking for the same thing: one vendor, one number, one chain of accountability across construction, operations, and supply.
